Report a lost or stolen Debit/Credit Card
- Debit Card
- During regular banking hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00a to 5:00p, please contact our Retail Service Department at any of our locations, or call (806) 792-5300.
- During non-banking hours, please call our debit card processor at 1 (800) 264-4274. You will be asked questions to verify your identity and your card will then be cancelled. Card re-issuance will be handled by Platinum Bank.
- Credit Card
- During banking and non-banking hours, please call our credit card processor at 1 (800) 556-5678. The card processor’s customer service department will handle the card cancellation and re-issuance.
Each year, you are entitled to one free credit report through www.annualcreditreport.com or by calling 1 (877) 322-8228.
Request a copy of your Social Security statements at www.ssa.gov/mystatement to be sure that you are the only person using your social security number for employment.
